Jackie E. Johnston, 26, of LaGrange, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2012. She was a homemaker and Baptist by faith.

She is preceded in death by her father, Carl D. Fultz.

She is survived by her daughter, Kendra Johnson; mother Viola Johnston (Thomas Fink); brothers Tom and Robert Fultz; sisters Catherine Fultz, Christina and AmyJohnston, step-sister Amanda Lewis; grandmother Mabel Fultz; uncle Billy Cox and boyfriend Joe
Cain.

Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Oldham County Funeral Home with burial at Bedford Cemetery. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the funeral home in Jackie’s honor.
